Distance Contract Terms

Parties Involved: This contract is entered into between the Seller, who offers goods on this online store, and the Buyer, who places an order.

Seller’s Commitment: The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods as specified in the Buyer’s order.

Order and Payment Procedure: The Buyer places an order through the website, specifying the type and quantity of goods. Payment can be made using the website’s integrated payment tools or by settling an invoice sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Delivery Terms: The Seller will ensure delivery of the goods within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Seller will provide a withdrawal form via email upon request. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The Buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The goods cannot be returned due to their nature, are perishable, or are quickly consumable.
  • The goods are custom-made according to the Buyer’s specifications.
  • The Buyer has opened audio or video recordings or software packages.

Liability for Quality and Safety: According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or charge compensation if the goods are damaged, mishandled, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Data Processing: By providing the required information to place an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the use of their data for processing the order and delivering the goods in accordance with Latvian law. The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to their order at the provided email address.
