Return and Refund Policy

Ordered the wrong product or the product doesn’t meet your expectations? Don’t worry. Return your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a FULL REFUND.

   Product Conditions:

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unopened condition.
  3. All returned shipments must include the order slip clearly indicating which product(s) are being returned. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your return.
  4. Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

 Liability and Transfer of Risk:

  • We are not responsible for return shipments that may be lost or stolen during transit. Please keep proof of shipping and/or return tracking number.
  •  Unidentifiable return shipments will be, if possible, sent back to the sender.

 Return Processing:

  • Returns will be processed within 14 working days after your product(s) is received by us.
  •  Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
  •  If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service. We will get in touch with you to resolve and address the issue.

 Important:

  • Please ensure that your product(s) are returned in full compliance with our return policy.
  •  Returns that do not meet these conditions, are damaged, dirty, or altered may be refused and will not be refunded.
  •    Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
