Return and Refund Policy
Ordered the wrong product or the product doesn’t meet your expectations? Don’t worry. Return your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a FULL REFUND.
Product Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unopened condition.
- All returned shipments must include the order slip clearly indicating which product(s) are being returned. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your return.
- Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
Liability and Transfer of Risk:
- We are not responsible for return shipments that may be lost or stolen during transit. Please keep proof of shipping and/or return tracking number.
- Unidentifiable return shipments will be, if possible, sent back to the sender.
Return Processing:
- Returns will be processed within 14 working days after your product(s) is received by us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service. We will get in touch with you to resolve and address the issue.
Important:
- Please ensure that your product(s) are returned in full compliance with our return policy.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions, are damaged, dirty, or altered may be refused and will not be refunded.
- Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
